Meet Jason Vizzini
Hi! I’m a second‑generation appraiser who grew up in the industry. I've been an appraiser since 2017, following eight years as a real estate agent (2013-2021), where I helped buyers and sellers navigate the market. That experience gives me a unique, practical understanding of what truly drives value in a home. As a solo appraiser, you work directly with me from start to finish, no phone menus, no hand‑offs.
I provide fully USPAP‑compliant appraisal reports and use the latest technology to deliver accurate, efficient results. I’m also a certified Home Measurement Specialist (HMS) and offer ANSI‑compliant home measurement services. Whether you need an appraisal or a precise measurement, I’m here to help.
